Maxime Bourgeois joins EXTENDAM’s Investment team

As part of its European expansion, EXTENDAM is enlarging its teams and welcomes Maxime Bourgeois as an Investment Manager. He brings his seven years of experience in hotel and property investment gained in leading financial institutions and international consultancy firms.

A graduate of the EDHEC Business School, Bourgeois previously worked at Goldman Sachs in London on the bank’s European hotel investment team.

“I am delighted to join EXTENDAM’s asset management team at this strategic point in time. EXTENDAM’s undoubted expertise in hotel investments and the varied experience of each team member mean that we can handle issues ranging from the simplest to the most complex. I can’t wait to put my skills to good use and to take part in EXTENDAM’s European development plan with its sole aim of creating value for our investors,” explains Bourgeois.
