Yves Marchal has accumulated in-depth understanding of his profession thanks to a rare career path comprised of enriching and complementary missions.

Regional Manager at Pierre & Vacances, Managing Director of Hôtels Adagio and then of Citadines, he went on to become Special Advisor to the Hotel and Tourism Division of the EIA, a credit company managing distressed assets for the Comptoir des Entrepreneurs.

In 1999, Yves joined JLL Hotels as Managing Director for Southern Europe. As a result, he has acquired solid experience in various fields of the hotel industry, whether in terms of category, size or geographic location.

The diversity of this experience gives him a perspective and analytical ability that did not go unnoticed by Extendam, which offered him a role as expert on its Investment Committee in 2019. In 2021, impressed by the quality of his analysis, Extendam offered him a full-time role as Senior Advisor.
