3-STAR COMFORT AND 4-STAR QUALITY HOTELS – CENTRE DEL MÓN

EXTENDAM, on behalf of the simplified joint-stock company, was asked to take part in financing the acquisition of the premises of a two-hotel complex, alongside the Paris Inn Group, which set up this business in 2011. The two hotels are located in a property complex next to Perpignan’s TGV station, which includes the El Centre del Mόn shopping centre and a business centre.
