EXTENDAM expands its asset management expertise by hiring Vianney Lautrous
EXTENDAM is continuing to strengthen its expertise by recruiting Vianney Lautrous as Head of Asset Management and has confirmed its ambition of expanding its investments in European business hotels.
With over 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Lautrous has wide-ranging skills enabling him to provide an upstream and downstream view and analysis of the life of hotel assets and of the strategies to use within large portfolios.
Lautrous has a BTS diploma in Hotel Management and an Executive MBA in Global Management from ESSEC Business School; he started his career in 2004, at Eurest Disneyland Paris, where he gained considerable management experience. He then became director of operations of several hotels in France before joining Inwood Hotels in 2011. As Director of Operations and Business Development, Lautrous played an important part in the company’s structuring and development through a balanced blend of internal and external growth.
“Throughout my career, I have made sure that I am always learning, whether about the hospitality industry, management, administration or business development. As I join EXTENDAM with complementary skills, I hope to benefit the team with my operational experience, which will be very useful for strengthening EXTENDAM’s asset management activity over the coming years. My current mission is to increase the rate at which EXTENDAM is expanding its asset portfolio through the qualification of hotels, advice and ongoing dialogue with operators,” says Lautrous.
Founded in 2012, EXTENDAM is the leading French private equity company specialising in business hotels. With assets worth 2 billion euros and more than 30 staff members, EXTENDAM has been a respected private equity company in the hospitality industry for many years.
