EXTENDAM and Solanet Gestion Hôtelière offer a new lease of life to Hôtel Delos

For their very first collaborative venture, EXTENDAM and Solanet Hotels are giving Hôtel Delos a new lease of life with a renovation budget of nearly 1.5 million euros. This 41-room, 3-star hotel at 7 rue du Général Beuret in Paris’s 15th arrondissement plans to welcome business and leisure customers from the last quarter of 2019.

Solanet Hotels, a family-run company that has worked in the hotel industry for the last thirty years, mainly in France, currently manages around forty independent hotels or hotels under the Louvre Hotels, Accor and Marriott brands for third parties. The group, set up by Jean Solanet and now led by Louis Solanet, acquires or builds two or three hotels each year thanks to the expertise provided by Timothée Hainguerlot, who supervises the company’s investment activity.

The aim of the transaction is to give new momentum to Hôtel Delos and position it as a 3-star boutique hotel.

“Hôtel Delos has great potential to reposition itself in the affordable boutique hotel niche. Its location near to economic and tourist hubs makes it likely that it will see profitable growth after being renovated. This first investment alongside EXTENDAM will strengthen the network of Paris hotels managed by Solanet Hotels,” explains Timothée Hainguerlot, Hotels Director for the Solanet Group.

“We are pleased to start working with the Solanet Group through the acquisition of the Hôtel Delos business. We have great ambitions to encourage the renaissance of this hotel. It will be our 37th strategic investment in central Paris and we have complete confidence that with Solanet Gestion Hôtelière’s expertise and experience we will achieve our common goals,” add Bertrand Pullès, Associate Director, and Matthieu de Lauzon, Investment Manager at EXTENDAM.
