EXTENDAM has just invested, alongside the SME Rambouillet Hotel Invest, in the acquisition and renovation of a 4-star hotel in the centre of Rambouillet just 50 metres from the château. Significant renovation work has been carried out as a result of this investment. Improved marketing and new cost reduction measures have been implemented to improve the hotel’s performance.
