Solly Hôtel Paris

The Solly Hôtel, formerly operated under the name “Little Palace”, was acquired by EXTENDAM in 2022.

Located in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris on Rue Salomon Caus, opposite La Gaîté Lyrique, the hotel is situated in the heart of the Silicon Sentier, a flagship innovation district in Paris. It enjoys a well-balanced mix of business and leisure clientele.

The hotel, which had been run as a family business for two generations, underwent a major renovation project aimed at modernizing all its facilities. It reopened in June 2023 under its new name: “Solly Hôtel Paris.”
Beyond the renovation, a new revenue management and sales strategy has been implemented by our operating partner.
