CÉCILE LECLERC

Head of ESG

Cécile Leclerc joined Extendam in 2020 as an Investment Manager. Cécile Leclerc is appointed as Head of ESG in June 2023. She coordinates the implementation of the ESG strategy at all levels of the investment processes.

She began her career in 2010, as a lawyer with the Corporate and M&A team at CMS Francis Lefebvre. During this time, she worked on various acquisitions, in particular in the hotel industry.

In 2015, she joined JLL Hotels & Hospitality as a consultant, assisting hotel industry players at all stages of the asset life cycle (expertise, operator searches, feasibility studies).

She then took up a position as Head of Development at LVMH Hotel Management, before joining Extendam. Cécile Leclerc is a graduate of the EDHEC Business School, the HEDAC Law School and the ESSEC Business School (MBA in Hospitality Management – IMHI).
