Dream Hotel Opéra Paris Becomes "Le Théorème"

Purchased in 2023 by EXTENDAM, the Dream Hotel Opéra Paris, a 4-star hotel in the heart of Paris’s 9th arrondissement, has undergone a rebranding and transformation to become Le Théorème. Operated since 2022 by Hotels de Ville, the property has delivered strong RevPAR performance. Its recent renovation and new identity aim to further boost its results in the competitive Parisian hospitality market.

A Premium Location for Business and Leisure Travelers

Located in the vibrant 9th arrondissement of Paris, Le Théorème enjoys a prime location appealing to both business and leisure clientele. The area is home to the headquarters of many major companies and financial institutions (Le Figaro, Danone, Netflix, Société Générale, BNP Paribas, Allianz, etc.) and is just steps from iconic Paris landmarks such as the Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, and Printemps. It is also well-connected to major Paris train stations via metro lines 3, 7, and 8, and surrounded by a rich offering of restaurants and bars.

Renovation and Repositioning for a Refined Parisian Experience

Since the acquisition, EXTENDAM has focused on improving both the customer journey and overall guest experience at Le Théorème. Extensive renovations were carried out between April and November 2023, including rooms and common areas, while keeping the hotel operational.

The new rooms and suites now offer an ambiance inspired by Parisian chic. A Deluxe room on the top floor features a 16 m² balcony and a private sauna. Under a glass roof, the breakfast area is now bathed in natural light, and a hammam is available to all guests.

In parallel, EXTENDAM also revamped the hotel’s pricing and commercial strategy, implementing advanced yield management tools to optimize performance across all market segments.

“We are proud of Le Théorème’s new, very Parisian identity. The elegant atmosphere welcomes every guest into a warm cocoon—whether visiting for a night, a week, for business or leisure,” explains Vianney Lautrous for EXTENDAM.
