The Hilton Porto Gaia is a 5-star hotel with 194 rooms, including 47 suites, ideally located on the south bank of the Douro in Vila Nova de Gaia. Opened in 2021, the property offers upscale amenities including a restaurant, two bars, one of which is a rooftop bar with panoramic views over Porto's historic center, as well as a 1,100 sqm wellness area with pool. Equipped with 10 meeting rooms and a 350-seat auditorium, the asset is perfectly sized to capture a mixed clientele, combining leisure tourism and large-scale business tourism.

Emphasis is placed on enhancing the conference facilities and food and beverage offering to maximize non-accommodation revenue throughout the year.
