Hôtel Rochechouart

Hôtel Rochechouart was acquired by EXTENDAM alongside the Orso group, as part of an ambitious repositioning project.

Located at the foot of Montmartre, in the heart of the 9th arrondissement of Paris, the property benefits from an iconic location, in immediate proximity to the grands boulevards and numerous cultural venues.

Built in the 1920s, the hotel showed strong architectural and historical potential but required a complete renovation to meet contemporary standards. A transformation program was therefore carried out, combining respect for the building's original Art Deco style with the modernization of all spaces.

The property has reopened under the name "Hôtel Rochechouart," with a distinctly Parisian lifestyle positioning. It now offers an immersive experience, enhanced by the creation of a highly popular panoramic rooftop, offering a spectacular view over Paris.
