Le 1932 Hotel & spa Cap d'Antibes - MGallery Collection
The 1932 Hotel & Spa Cap d'Antibes – MGallery was acquired by EXTENDAM as part of a strategy to reposition landmark assets with strong architectural character, located in premium locations.
The asset, a 1930s Art Deco-style building, is ideally located 100 meters from the beach, in immediate proximity to Port Gallice, the Juan-les-Pins casino, and the main resort destinations of the Côte d'Azur. It benefits from a sought-after setting, perfect for a leisure clientele seeking charm, comfort, and Mediterranean gentleness.
Extensive renovation and upgrading works were undertaken in September 2021 across all rooms and common areas, in order to reposition the property under the MGallery brand (Accor group). The hotel reopened its doors in June 2022, in a spirit combining contemporary elegance with architectural heritage.
The property now has 64 rooms, a dining room, a piano bar, two seminar rooms accommodating up to 55 people, a secure private car park with 25 spaces, as well as a rooftop with panoramic sea views.
Thanks to its upscale positioning, careful operational management, and exceptional location, the 1932 Hotel & Spa Cap d'Antibes stands out as an unmissable charming destination on the Riviera.
