The 1932 Hotel & Spa Cap d'Antibes – MGallery was acquired by EXTENDAM as part of a strategy to reposition landmark assets with strong architectural character, located in premium locations.

The asset, a 1930s Art Deco-style building, is ideally located 100 meters from the beach, in immediate proximity to Port Gallice, the Juan-les-Pins casino, and the main resort destinations of the Côte d'Azur. Extensive renovation and upgrading works were undertaken in September 2021 across all rooms and common areas, in order to reposition the property under the MGallery brand (Accor group).
