Riesner Hotel

Hôtel Riesner was acquired by EXTENDAM as part of its strategy of supporting the upmarket repositioning of high-potential properties.

Ideally located in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, near Gare de Lyon, the hotel benefits from a strategic location, favored by both business and leisure clientele.

Prior to its repositioning, the property had a mid-range positioning with little differentiation. An extensive renovation program was carried out to fully rethink the guest experience, both aesthetically and functionally. Emphasis was placed on brand identity, service quality, and the comfort of the spaces.

The hotel has reopened under the name "Hôtel Riesner," with a more contemporary signature and a boutique hotel positioning.
