Opening of the Ventura Saint-Tropez Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

After nearly two years of extensive work, EXTENDAM, in partnership with SOHOMA, announces the opening of the Ventura Saint-Tropez Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. Located on Chemin des Amoureux at the gateway to the village, the property has undergone a complete renovation aimed at repositioning it within the upscale segment. This operation illustrates EXTENDAM’s ability to identify high-potential assets and deploy value-creation strategies based on the transformation and repositioning of existing establishments.
A value-creation strategy based on repositioning and renovation
The Ventura Saint-Tropez Hotel succeeds the former Eden Pierre & Vacances residence, which had been closed to the public since 2021 and renovated in recent years to reopen under the Tapestry by Hilton banner. The establishment offers a comprehensive range of services, including a breakfast room, a bar, access to an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, and a concierge service.
Positioned in the upscale segment, the asset targets both domestic and international leisure and business clientele. It distinguishes itself through its capacity—a rare find in Saint-Tropez—and its high level of amenities, thereby providing a unique offering in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
Located at 1, Chemin des Amoureux, the residence benefits from excellent accessibility. It is well-connected to major transport infrastructure, with a 30-minute drive to La Môle Airport, 40 minutes to Saint-Raphaël train station, and 1 hour to Toulon-Hyères Airport. Furthermore, the property is just a few minutes’ walk from Saint-Tropez’s main attractions, such as Place des Lices, the port, and the Citadel.
Saint-Tropez: A resilient and structured hotel market
As an iconic international tourism destination, Saint-Tropez enjoys a premium positioning supported by global renown, targeted events, and the presence of high-net-worth international visitors. The marina is a structural driver for the destination, hosting a significant fleet of yachts every year and generating regular flows of high-end clientele, directly contributing to the performance of the local hotel market.
The local hotel stock comprises approximately 122 establishments, mostly positioned in the 3 and 4-star segments and characterized by limited capacity. For example, 4-star hotels in the destination have an average of only 28 rooms, reflecting a constrained supply¹.
Across the French Riviera, 2025 has confirmed the market’s solidity, with performance growth primarily driven by average daily rates (ADR). In the upscale segment, the ADR reached €264 in 2025, bringing the RevPAR to €173, a 5% increase compared to 2024².
An operation driven by leading partners
This operation was carried out in partnership with SOHOMA, a recognized player in hotel investment and operations and a long-standing partner of EXTENDAM, with whom more than 40 joint operations have been completed.
The Ventura Saint-Tropez Hotel will be operated under the Tapestry Collection by Hilton brand. This Hilton Group brand is positioned in the upscale segment, bringing together independent hotels selected for their unique identity and local character, while benefiting from the group’s commercial power and distribution standards.
“Enhancing high-potential assets through ambitious transformation projects.”
“The opening of the Ventura Saint-Tropez Hotel is fully aligned with EXTENDAM’s strategy of enhancing high-potential assets through ambitious transformation projects. Alongside our partner SOHOMA, we have led a complete repositioning that now offers a differentiating product in a particularly demanding international destination.” — Maxime Durand, Investment Director at EXTENDAM.
