Voco Paris - Porte de Clichy

EXTENDAM acquired a hotel operated under the Holiday Inn franchise in July 2020, comprising 262 rooms, 11 meeting rooms, 2 restaurants, and 61 parking spaces. The property had not undergone any major renovation since 2006. Ideally located 250 meters from the Tribunal de Grande Instance and near the new Cité Judiciaire, the hotel benefits from a dynamic catchment area.

A modernization plan was therefore implemented, covering the renovation of guest rooms and private areas, the transformation of meeting rooms into attractive spaces, as well as the development of dining areas in order to open the hotel up to its neighborhood. This repositioning enabled the transition to the Voco brand, a lifestyle brand of the Accor group.
