France - Extendam Acquires ibis Paris Père Lachaise

Extendam Continues Its Paris Investment Strategy with the Acquisition of ibis Paris Père Lachaise
Extendam announces the acquisition of the ibis Paris Père Lachaise, a 3-star, 31-room hotel located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, alongside Ker Hospitality. Fully renovated in 2023, the hotel enjoys a central location close to the Père Lachaise cemetery and the lively neighborhoods of eastern Paris. The deal is part of Extendam’s investment strategy, which targets hotel assets in prime locations that still offer operational and commercial optimization potential.
A commercial and operational optimization strategy
Located at 80 rue de la Folie Régnault, the ibis Paris Père Lachaise is a 3-star property with 31 rooms, complemented by a breakfast room, a bar area, and a snacking offer.
The hotel underwent a full renovation in 2023, followed by a facade renovation in 2025. The property is now entering a new phase of development, with several value-creation levers identified. The strategy will notably rely on optimizing commercial performance through the expertise of Ker Hospitality’s revenue management teams, as well as on internalizing and pooling certain functions with the operator’s other properties.
A location at the heart of a dynamic east Paris neighborhood
The ibis Paris Père Lachaise benefits from a central location in the 11th arrondissement, just 280 meters from Père Lachaise metro station, served by lines 2 and 3. This connectivity provides quick access to the capital’s main tourist and business hubs as well as its major train stations.
The property sits close to the Père Lachaise cemetery, one of Paris’s iconic cultural and historic sites, and a few minutes from the Oberkampf and Bastille neighborhoods, known for their dense offering of restaurants, shops, cafés, and cultural venues. The hotel sits within a market largely made up of independent, small-capacity properties, in a Paris submarket where acquisition opportunities remain scarce.
Bertrand Pullès, for Extendam, noted that this acquisition strengthens the group’s presence in a dynamic Paris neighborhood where hotel transactions remain rare, and highlighted the trusted relationship built with Ker Hospitality over the years. Claude-André Deschamps and Olivier Berthaud, Managing Directors of Ker Hospitality, expressed confidence in the potential of this well-located asset.
This acquisition allows Extendam to secure a recently renovated Paris hotel asset, benefiting from a prime location and clear potential for operational performance improvement.
Past performance is not indicative of future performance and is not constant over time.
