Agnieszka began her career in 2004 in tax-efficient real estate, first within an independent wealth management firm, and then with a national operator specializing in Historical Monuments, Malraux, Land Deficit, and Furnished Rentals schemes. For eight years, she led the commercial animation and marketing of these solutions.

From 2014 to 2018, she held the position of Partnership Director within a management company specialized in Real Estate Development Capital, where she was responsible for marketing investment funds and building loyalty among distribution networks (banks, insurers, independent wealth management advisors).

In January 2019, she joined Extendam as Head of Partner Relations, contributing to the company’s commercial development. Driven by her expertise and commitment, she was promoted to Sales Director in January 2022, leading Extendam’s commercial strategy and partnership development.
