Bertrand Pullès began his career as a telecoms entrepreneur thirty years ago. After working for the Orange Group in various senior positions, he joined OTC Asset Management in 2007 as a Manager.

In 2013, he returned to his entrepreneurial roots alongside Jean-Marc Palhon by participating in the creation of Extendam, where he became Deputy CEO. Driven by his passion for entrepreneurship, Bertrand Pullès supports entrepreneurs in the hospitality sector, whether they are independent or multi-brand franchisees.

He also supports the new generation of talented entrepreneurs in the restaurant industry, as well as renowned players (such as the Costes Group and the Bertrand Group) with whom he co-invents new F&B concepts.

Founder and organizer of “La Matinale de l’hôtellerie et de la restauration” in 2014, Bertrand regularly participates as a speaker at various hospitality industry conventions and events in France and abroad.

In 2021, alongside MKG and Bpifrance, he also co-founded “La Fabrique du Tourisme,” an operational think tank whose mission is to identify the future of tourism as well as upcoming trends and challenges.
